All items are made to order and carefully embroidered by hand in our home workshop in Scotland.

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2 working days of purchase. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive confirmation and any available tracking information.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, postal services, and seasonal demand. While we always aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, delays outside of our control can occasionally occur.

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes that may apply in their country.
